This is a New OEM part. Also called the Cover and Contact Plate Assembly. If your cruise control is intermittently working, your airbag lights are on, or you are having problems with your horn, it could be your clock spring. The Steering wheel radio buttons don’t work right are some of the signs that your Clock Spring has failed.
