Please note that UNLESS YOU HAVE ALREADY SUPPLIED YOUR EXISTING FEM CORE TO US, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT OF THIS $ 1,449 CORE CHARGE! FORD HAS INDICATED THAT THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
If you have previously ordered a new Ford FEM under this program, YOU MUST SEND US YOUR FEM CORE OR PAY THE CORE CHARGE IN ADVANCE. ABSOLUTELY NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND FULFILLED UNTIL AND UNLESS YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR NEW FEM IN FULL, AND SEND US YOUR EXISTING FEM CORE OR PAID THE $ 1,449 CORE CHARGE! Please note that ONLY $ 1,200 of the full core charge of $ 1,449 is refundable. The remaining $ 249 is NOT refundable and covers the handling, administrative fees and merchant processing company’s transaction fees on the full amount.
$ 1,200 of this core charge IS refundable under the following conditions and policies set by Ford Motor Company:
1. Original FEM core MUST be returned within 15 days of receipt of the new FEM. Please contact us via e-mail (no phone calls, please) for shipping address and instructions for returning your original FEM core.
2. Core MUST be shipped in the SAME Ford Packaging in which the NEW core was received.
3. The Bar CODE label on the packaging MUST be visible and readable so it can be scanned.
Please note that ONLY $ 1,200 of the full core charge of $ 1,449 is refundable. The remaining $ 249 is NON- refundable and covers the handling, administrative fees and merchant processing company’s transaction fees on the full amount of $ 1,449.
To avoid payment of the $ 249 administrative and processing fee, we strongly recommend that you supply your old FEM core at time of purchase. This not only saves you money, but also expedites processing of your FEM order.
