2005 Thunderbird ’50th Anniversary’ Nameplate – Original Ford OEM part. The 2005 Thunderbird marked the 50th anniversary of the introduction of the first Ford Thunderbird in 1955. To commemorate this important milestone, Ford equipped all 2005 Thunderbirds with a special ’50th Anniversary’ nameplate. We have a limited supply of brand-new (new old stock) original OEM Ford ’50th Anniversary’ nameplates available either as replacements for damaged emblems or for owners who want to feature the 50th anniversary logo on their 2002-2004 Thunderbirds. Easy to install without special tools or body work. Please specify Driver’s or Passenger’s side when ordering as these nameplates are NOT interchangeable.
