’02-’05 T-Bird OEM Inner Door Handle Assembly -Very Limited Supply!– This is a genuine Ford interior door handle assembly. Assembly includes chrome-plated handle, cable and latch. The interior door handles of the 2002-2005 Thunderbirds are now 18-21 years old and the chrome-plated finish, especially the more often used driver’s side, is prone to cracking, flaking, peeling, checking and lifting. Once the finish begins to degrade, the damage tends to progress. Due to the fact that the interior handle itself cannot be easily removed from the rest of the assembly, re-plating the handle is impractical and expensive. This is a good condition used part.
